MSc Mathematics course admission : details?

U can find out the admission call .. by just typing their name in Google .. for ex : if u want to know .. IIT Madras .. then type : iitm in google .. then u get it's site .. in that site u can check out for admisssion details .. Like this I am giving all institutes for MSc in math: iitm, iitg, iitb, iitkgp, iitk, iitr, NITW, jnu (MCA not maths), cmi, annauniv, uohyd, mu, unipune, bits (Pilani), ism (dhanbad), pondiuni. ALL THESE are BETTER than state univs in elsewhere.

Note that IITs admission is thro a common entrance test.

Let me know if u have applied some institution but dont know how to prepare for its entrance .. I can give you some details (I have previosu question papers for some of these institutes). One more thing is: some of the above may require first class (or sometimes 60%) BSc .. so that one alone u can check out (incase if u dont have first class) .. apply for all instts (hardly u may need to spend 6000 -8000 money) .. but dont take any coaching for entrances. prepare on ur own. Study from the standard books (note: Meerut publications not be counted as standard books). anyhow some of the entrances it may be sufficient. try to understand the analysis well. It helps you throuout your career.
